Nestled in the heart of Bucovina, Transrarău is a spectacular mountain road that winds through the majestic Rarău Mountains. Stretching approximately 28 kilometers, this scenic route connects the Bistrița Valley (Chiril) to the Moldova Valley (Pojorâta), reaching altitudes of up to 1,400 meters. Though shorter than Transfăgărășan or Transalpina, Transrarău rivals them in beauty and serenity.
