Prislop Pass (DN18)
Prislop Pass is a mountain pass in northern Romania, situated in the Eastern Carpathians at an elevation of 1,416 meters (4,646 feet) . It connects the historical regions of Maramureș and Bukovina, traversing the Rodna Mountains. The pass is crossed by National Road 18 (DN18), a paved road that is known for its beautiful scenery. The length of Prislop Pass can vary depending on the specific route and endpoints considered. However, sources commonly cite the length as being approximately 50km, between Borșa on the west side and Sesuri Village on the east.
